Beet and Mackerel Salad
A fresh and protein-rich salad, perfect for a light meal. Roasted beets pair beautifully with smoked mackerel.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Beet
- 200 g Canned mackerel
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beets into cubes and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drain the mackerel and flake it into a bowl with the cooled beets.
Step 4
Drizzle with oil, salt, pepper and serve.
