Sautéed Scallops with Bok Choy and Miso Sauce
Golden scallops paired with bok choy and a touch of white miso. An elegant dish with umami flavors, ready in minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g scallops
- 250 g bok choy
- 100 g carrots
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tiges scallion
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the bok choy and cut the carrots into fine julienne. Slice the scallion. Whisk the miso into 2 tbsp of warm water.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in the wok over high heat. Sear the scallops for 1 minute 30 seconds per side. Set aside.
Step 3
Stir-fry the bok choy and carrots for 2 minutes. Add the miso sauce and scallops, toss for 30 seconds. Garnish with scallion.
