Pan-Seared Scallops with Garlic Butter and Green Beans
Tender scallops roasted in garlic butter and served over a bed of roasted green beans and zucchini. An elegant French dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g scallops
- 200 g green beans
- 1 piece zucchini
- 25 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C. Slice the zucchini into rounds and trim the green beans.
Step 2
Arrange the green beans and zucchini on a baking sheet and roast for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the butter with minced garlic, place the scallops on the vegetables and drizzle with garlic butter. Roast for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
