Grilled Scallops with Miso Glaze and Tender Eggplant
Caramelized scallops with a miso glaze served over a bed of tender eggplant and crisp green beans.

Ingredients
- 250 g Scallops
- 2 piece Eggplants
- 150 g Green beans
- 2 tbsp White miso paste
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into 1 cm thick slices and brush with a mixture of miso and sesame oil.
Step 2
Grill the eggplant slices 4 minutes on each side until tender.
Step 3
Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes in boiling water, then drain.
Step 4
Grill the scallops 2 minutes on each side. Arrange on the eggplant, add the green beans, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
