Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 1 bunch Fresh mint
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Poach the chicken breasts in simmering water for 12 minutes, then shred with a fork.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce by mixing the fish sauce and lime juice with a tablespoon of water.
Step 3
