Nori Roll with Shrimp and Zucchini
Crispy nori rolls filled with marinated shrimp, zucchini ribbons, and fresh cilantro. A reimagined maki with a Vietnamese twist, made without rice.

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 6 leaf Nori sheets
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Carrot
- 10 g Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut zucchini and carrot into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler. Chop cilantro.
Step 2
Pan-fry shrimp for 2 minutes over high heat with fish sauce and lime juice.
Step 3
Arrange vegetable ribbons, shrimp, and cilantro on nori sheets. Roll tightly and cut in half before serving.
