Crispy Potato and Carrot Rösti
A Swiss-style crispy potato pancake made with shredded potatoes and carrots, pan-fried until golden. A delicious and simple Franco-Swiss dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the potatoes and carrots using a box grater or food processor.
Step 2
Squeeze the shredded vegetables with your hands to remove excess moisture.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Form a pancake with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
