Simple Fried Rice
A basic pan-fried rice that's crispy and flavorful. Perfect for using leftover rice or cooking it fresh.

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the rice and cook until the water is completely absorbed (about 15 minutes).
Step 3
In a skillet or wok, heat the oil over high heat.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and stir well until it separates and becomes crispy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
