Simple Fried Rice
Cooked rice tossed with a bit of oil, salt and pepper. A perfect side dish or light meal ready in minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice under cold water. Bring 400 ml of salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Pour the rice into the boiling water and cook for 15-18 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, add the cooked rice and toss for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
