Simple Stir-Fried Rice with Crispy Noodles

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 50 g Noodles
- 30 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles in a pot of water, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok and add cold rice. Break it up and stir-fry well.
Step 3
Add cooked noodles to the rice, season and serve hot.
