Simple Stir-Fried Rice
A simple wok-fried rice with basic ingredients for a flavorful and satisfying dish. Inspired by Asian cuisine.

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 knob Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice in cold water. Pour into a pot with 500 ml of salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook covered for 18 minutes.
Step 2
Let rest for 5 minutes. Drain if necessary and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Heat the wok or skillet over high heat. Add the oil and butter.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice, breaking up the grains. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
