Simple Fried Rice
Pan-fried rice with eggs and a bit of oil. Perfect Asian comfort food for using up leftovers.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice (leftover)
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 cl Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
Step 3
Pour in the eggs and let cook for a few seconds, then add the rice. Stir constantly for 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
