Simple Stir-Fried Rice
White rice stir-fried in a pan with a touch of oil, salt and pepper. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal for a weeknight.

Ingredients
- 250 g White rice
- 2 cl Oil
- 50 cl Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the rice into the wok with a little oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
