Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 2 cl Oil
- 5 cl Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add the cooked rice and stir for 3-4 minutes to warm through and break up any clumps.
Step 3
Pour in a little water to create steam and stir.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
