Chicken and Carrot Fried Rice
A classic everyday Asian dish with rice, chicken thighs, and sautéed carrots. Flavorful and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 g Chicken thighs
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Leeks
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions (approximately 15-18 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and dice the carrots and leeks into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken in hot oil for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes, then mix with the cooked rice.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
