Stir-Fried Rice with Cauliflower and Broccoli in Garlic and Soy

Ingredients
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 250 g Broccoli
- 250 g Basmati rice
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions (approximately 15 minutes). Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets, mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the vegetables and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are al dente.
Step 5
Add the rice and soy sauce, mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
