Fried Rice with Eggs and Tuna
A simple Asian-style fried rice with tuna, eggs, and basic seasonings. Satisfying and nourishing in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Canned tuna
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble quickly, then remove from the pan.
Step 4
Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the rice for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon.
Step 5
Add the drained tuna, scrambled eggs, salt, and pepper. Toss for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
