Fried Rice with Eggs and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the onion and cut the carrot into small dice.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
Step 4
Add the onion and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble, then set aside.
Step 6
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry for 3 minutes, stirring well.
Step 7
Return the eggs, mix everything together, and adjust seasoning to taste.
