Fried Rice with Eggs and Vegetables
A delicious Asian classic where rice is stir-fried in a wok with scrambled eggs and fresh vegetables. Ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g White rice
- 3 piece Egg
- 1 piece Carrot
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 2 stems Green onion
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling water for 12-15 minutes or use pre-cooked rice. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrot into small dice, mince the garlic and green onion. Beat the eggs.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Stir-fry carrot and garlic for 2 minutes, add peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and mix well. Pour the beaten eggs gradually while stirring constantly until cooked.
Step 5
Add the soy sauce and green onion. Mix well and serve hot.
