Asian-Style Fried Rice with Eggs and Ham
A delicious fried rice with scrambled eggs, ham, and Gruyère cheese, enhanced with soy sauce and ginger for an Asian twist.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 100 g Ham
- 60 g Gruyère
- 3 piece Egg
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 stalk Green onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the ham, grate the ginger, and slice the green onions into rounds.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat, scramble the eggs and set aside.
Step 4
Add the rice to the wok, break up the grains, add the ham and ginger.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, add the eggs and grated cheese, finish with green onions. Serve hot.
