Fried Rice with Eggs and Sour Cream
A simplified Asian classic with rice, eggs, and sour cream for extra richness. Quick and delicious for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 50 g Celery
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Thinly slice the celery.
Step 3
Heat oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry celery for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add rice and mix for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour egg and sour cream mixture in and stir constantly until eggs are cooked (2-3 minutes).
Step 6
Serve hot immediately.
