Fried Rice with Apples and Eggs
Asian-style fried rice with caramelized apples, scrambled eggs, and soy sauce. A savory-sweet dish that's perfect for dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 2 piece Apple
- 3 piece Egg
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 10 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the apples into small cubes. Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Sauté the apples with sugar until lightly caramelized (3-4 minutes).
Step 3
Add the cold rice and mix well to break up the grains and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Push the rice to the sides, pour the beaten eggs in the center, and cook for 2 minutes, then stir together.
Step 5
Add the soy sauce and pepper, mix for 1 minute, and serve immediately.
