Stir-Fried Rice with Penne and Olives
A fusion mix of stir-fried rice and pasta with olives and garlic. Easy, flavorful, and perfect for using up leftovers.

Ingredients
- 150 g Rice
- 100 g Penne
- 80 g Olives
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice and penne separately in two pots of salted water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Step 4
Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Step 5
Pour in the drained rice and penne, then add the olives.
Step 6
Stir-fry well, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
