Sautéed Rice with Olives and Herbs
A simple stir-fried rice prepared in a skillet with olives for a Mediterranean touch. A complete and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 100 g Olives
- 500 ml Water
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the rice and cook for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a wok or skillet.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and chopped olives, mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
