Stir-Fried Rice with Olives and Oat Flakes
An original stir-fried rice with a crispy texture thanks to oat flakes. Vegetarian, hearty, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 80 g Olives
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Stir-fry rice in a hot wok with a little oil for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in water and salt, bring to a boil then simmer covered for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped olives and oat flakes at the end of cooking.
Step 4
Mix and serve hot.
