Stir-Fried Rice with Olives and Mushrooms
A delicious stir-fried rice with fresh mushrooms and olives. A complete and comforting dish ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g White rice
- 100 g Green olives
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook it in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Roughly chop the olives.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the mushrooms over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice and olives, toss well, and cook for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
