Stir-Fried Rice with Olives and Celery
A Mediterranean stir-fried rice with simple, comforting flavors, prepared in a wok in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 80 g Green olives
- 100 g Celery
- 80 g Olives
- 50 ml Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the rice until tender (approximately 15-18 minutes depending on the type).
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely mince the celery and pit the olives.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the celery for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice to the wok with the olives and sour cream. Mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
