Fried Rice with Vegetables and Egg
A simple Asian classic made with leftover rice, vegetables, and an egg. Delicious and quick for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 2 unit Egg
- 100 g Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the carrots and broccoli.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the vegetables for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and stir well for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Push the rice to the sides, pour the eggs into the center and cook for 2 minutes before mixing.
Step 6
Add the soy sauce, stir, season, and serve.
