Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Egg

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- 2 piece Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots and celery into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with the olive oil.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cold rice and mix well for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Push the rice to the sides, crack the eggs in the center, and scramble them quickly.
Step 6
Mix the eggs with the rice, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
