Asian-Style Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables
A delicious Asian-inspired fried rice with broccoli, carrots, and cabbage, finished with a homemade soy-ginger sauce. Quick and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked white rice
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 150 g Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and julienne the carrots and cabbage thinly.
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice and mix well to separate the grains.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over and mix until everything is well coated. Serve hot.
