Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Chicken
An Asian classic with rice, chicken, broccoli, and carrots. A soy-honey glaze adds a sweet-savory touch. Delicious and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g white rice
- 250 g chicken breast
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g carrot
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 500 ml water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice and cook in boiling salted water for approximately 15-18 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small cubes and cut the vegetables into pieces.
Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Add the carrots and broccoli, cook for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Break up the cooked rice and add it to the pan with 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 6
Pour in soy sauce and honey, mix well, cook for 2 minutes, and serve.
