Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Eggs
A delicious Asian-style fried rice with carrots, broccoli and scrambled eggs. Perfect for using leftovers and satisfying your cravings.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked white rice
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 3 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the carrots and cut the broccoli into small florets. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet, stir-fry the carrots for 3 minutes, then add the broccoli for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice and mix well, then cook for 3 minutes. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce, mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
