Fried Rice with Vegetables and Eggs
A delicious Asian classic with fried rice, fresh vegetables and scrambled eggs. Ready in 25 minutes with a touch of fresh garlic and ginger.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small dice and the broccoli into small florets. Mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan or wok over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the carrots and broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Push the rice to the sides, pour the beaten eggs in the center and scramble until cooked, then mix with the rice.
Step 6
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
