Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Ham
A savory and complete Asian-style fried rice with carrots, broccoli, ham, and a splash of soy sauce. Ready in 30 minutes for a balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 150 g White rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 200 g Broccoli
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 15 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Peel and mince the garlic. Cut carrots into small dice and broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 4
Beat the 2 eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large pan over high heat, add garlic and vegetables, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the rice and ham, stir for 2 minutes, then pour in the soy sauce.
Step 7
Push the rice to the sides, pour 2 tbsp of oil in the center, add the beaten eggs and stir quickly.
Step 8
Mix everything together for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
