Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Ham
A quick and nourishing Asian classic with rice, cauliflower and broccoli stir-fried in a wok with diced ham.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Cauliflower
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into very small florets. Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the cauliflower and broccoli for 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the rice and ham, mix well and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
