Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables and Ham

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Ham
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and mushrooms into small dice. Cut the ham into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula, then add the ham. Mix well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
