Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 1 piece Onions
- 1 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Bell peppers
- 30 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the carrot and bell pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
