Stir-Fried Rice with Spinach and Ham
A delicious Asian-style stir-fried rice with spinach, ham, and egg, ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 100 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the 2 eggs and cook them in a pan with a little oil. Set aside in flakes.
Step 2
In the same pan, sauté the diced ham, then add the fresh spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cooked rice and break up the grains with a spatula. Mix well for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, add the cooked eggs, season with salt and pepper. Mix and serve hot.
