Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Caramelized Sugar

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked white rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 small Onion
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat a wok or large skillet with oil over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the peeled shrimp.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize the shrimp for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the rice, toss well and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season and serve.
