Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables
A quick and tasty Asian classic with rice, shrimp, and whatever vegetables you have on hand. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 200 g Shrimp
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice ahead of time (or use leftovers). Dice the carrots and mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Stir-fry the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the rice, toss well, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
