Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 100 g Carrots
- 80 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables: thinly slice the carrots and mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Step 4
Add the shrimp, cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
