Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g Rice
- 250 g Shrimp
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted boiling water for 12 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Finely mince the carrots and mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the carrots and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Add the cooked rice, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
