Shrimp and Vegetable Fried Rice
A quick and delicious Asian classic with rice, shrimp, and fresh vegetables from your fridge. Perfect for a stress-free weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Rice
- 200 g Shrimp
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 minutes, then drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into small dice and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Add the cooked rice, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
