Shrimp Fried Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 250 g Shrimp
- 150 g Carrots
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into small dice and chop the mushrooms into pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the carrots and mushrooms, cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 4
Add the cooked rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
