Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Carrots
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance or use pre-cooked rice.
Step 2
Dice the carrots and mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
Step 5
Add carrots and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the rice, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7
Return the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
