Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Carrots
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance or use pre-cooked rice. Cut the carrots and mushrooms into small dice.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Add the carrots and mushrooms, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the rice, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
