Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 250 g Rice
- 200 g Shrimp
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance or use leftovers. Dice the mushrooms and carrots into small pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok. Add the carrots and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 4
Stir in the cooked rice, mixing well to break it up. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve hot in bowls.
