Stir-Fried Rice with Shrimp and Mushrooms
A quick Asian-style fried rice with shrimp, mushrooms, and carrots. Ready in 20 minutes, flavorful and light.

Ingredients
- 300 g Rice
- 250 g Shrimp
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in advance (or use leftover rice). Let it cool.
Step 2
Thinly slice the mushrooms and carrots.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the carrots and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Step 6
Add the cold rice, mix well, add a little water to heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
