Shrimp and Mushroom Fried Rice
A quick and flavorful Asian classic. Cooked rice stir-fried in a wok with shrimp, mushrooms, and carrots for a complete meal in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked rice
- 200 g Shrimp
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they change color.
Step 2
Add the diced mushrooms and carrots. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the cooked rice and stir constantly for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve immediately while hot.
