Shrimp and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 150 g Shrimp
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 50 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and mince the carrots.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and rice, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
